Scott & Nathan's Story
While studying at Fourth Valley College we set a long-term goal to go into business together. So it was great that in 2021 we combined our 30 years’ experience in architecture and construction, to set up Fairgrove Architectural and construction Services to offer customers kitchen alterations, garage conversions and extensions in Falkirk and the surrounding areas and all under one roof.
Our journey to working together took various twists and turns with Nathan – also a qualified joiner – completing his degree at Napier University and then working with Aviva Insurance and running his previous business Express Kitchens for over 10 years. Scott progressed to Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen to complete his own degree while gaining a knowledge of the Building Regulations working at West Lothian Council Building Standards department during his studies.
Now we have become the latest franchise partners of Kutchenhaus, opening the brand’s fourth Scottish showroom. Kutchenhaus Kitchens Falkirk features five kitchen displays and the latest appliances from AEG, Caple, NEFF, Bora, SMEG and more.
We’re very pleased with the new space we’ve created and we are proud to be launching this latest venture together. After meeting back in 2007 at college, we have built our business together and we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional service to our customers.
By opening a Kutchenhaus showroom, this enables us to provide a one-stop shop for all of our customers’ needs and offer a very high-quality kitchen product at an affordable price.
We are really happy to have gotten to this point with each other and we are now looking to build up our business in the years to come.
